Minimum Requirements:
- Postgraduate (Honours level) preferred. MBA, advantageous.
- Minimum 10 years management consulting or professional services experience to deliver across a range of business, strategic, tactical, and transformational projects.
- Industry experience – Mining/Energy/Financial Services preferred, open to Telecoms/FMCG.
- Experience in three or more of the following: Strategy Facilitation, Operating Model, Business Optimisation, Change Management, and/or Digital & Data.
- Have a strong human centered approach and show soft skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team.
- Deliver impactful work of a high quality.
- Bring strategic & innovative thinking to develop client solutions.
