Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., MBA, PMP) preferred.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in organisational design, change management, or related roles within the banking industry.
- Deep understanding of banking operations, products, services, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex organizational challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives, managers, and frontline staff.
- Proven track record of successfully leading organizational design projects from inception to implementation in a banking environment.
- Familiarity with industry-standard organizational design methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
