Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or equivalent degree.
- Prosci certified preferred.
- At least 10 years of change management experience with major ERP systems implementation.
- Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP development tools, coding languages, and business processes.
- A background in business administration, project management, or a related field will be advantageous.
