Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3- 5 years of experience in human resources, administration, or a related field.
  • Understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software.
