Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in process improvement methodologies (such as Six Sigma or Lean) or SAP-related disciplines are advantageous.
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience as a Process Analyst or similar role in the financial services industry, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
- Experience with SAP systems, particularly modules related to finance and operations is essential.
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and processes within the financial services industry, including banking, insurance, investment management, or fintech.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP systems, particularly modules related to finance and controlling (FICO), treasury and risk management (TRM), or financial supply chain management (FSCM).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other versions of SAP ERP is preferred.
