Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources Management, or similar.
- Certificate in Change Management advantageous.
- Minimum of 10 years of management consulting experience in organisational design, strategy development and/or other management. consulting disciplines
- Demonstrated ability to use strategy, organisational design, and/or process improvement management consulting methodologies, approaches, or tools.
- Experience in developing and implementing Organisational Change Management Framework in line with Change Management best practices.
