Process Analyst

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
Advanced degrees or certifications in process improvement methodologies (such as Six Sigma or Lean) or SAP-related disciplines are advantageous.
At least 5 to 7 years of experience as a Process Analyst or similar role in the financial services industry, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
Experience with SAP systems, particularly modules related to finance and operations is essential.
Strong understanding of financial products, services, and processes within the financial services industry, including banking, insurance, investment management, or fintech.
Proficiency in SAP ERP systems, particularly modules related to finance and controlling (FICO), treasury and risk management (TRM), or financial supply chain management (FSCM).

System Analyst

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in SAP-related disciplines are a plus.
At least 8+ years of experience as a System Analyst in the financial services industry, with a focus on SAP systems.
Proficiency in SAP ERP systems, particularly modules related to finance and controlling (FICO), treasury and risk management (TRM), or financial supply chain management (FSCM).
Strong understanding of SAP configuration, customization, and integration techniques. Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other versions of SAP ERP is preferred.
Ability to gather and analyse business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and design solutions that meet business needs.
Experience in extracting and manipulating financial data for analysis is desirable.

Business Analyst

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications are a plus.
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry, preferably in banking, investment management, or insurance.
Strong understanding of financial products and services, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and banking products.
Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects or similar business intelligence tools for reporting and data visualization.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Organisational Design Specialist

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., MBA, PMP) preferred.
5 to 8 years of experience in organisational design, change management, or related roles within the banking industry.
Deep understanding of banking operations, products, services, and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex organizational challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives, managers, and frontline staff.
Proven track record of successfully leading organizational design projects from inception to implementation in a banking environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Postgraduate (Honours level) preferred. MBA, advantageous.
Minimum 10 years management consulting or professional services experience to deliver across a range of business, strategic, tactical, and transformational projects.
