Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3- 5 years of experience in human resources, administration, or a related field.
- Understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
