Training Lead

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must have a degree in human resource management, education, or related training qualification.
  • 10 years experience in Leading Training, primarily in Learning and Development.
  • You must have system implementation experience, ERP systems in particular – Cornerstone on Demand experience would be advantageous.
  • Able to provide thought leadership and ensure a fit-for-purpose learning/training approach is designed.
  • Must understand Learning/Training measures of success and deal with senior sponsorship and stakeholders on an executive level.
