Process Analyst

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
Advanced degrees or certifications in process improvement methodologies (such as Six Sigma or Lean) or SAP-related disciplines are advantageous.
At least 5 to 7 years of experience as a Process Analyst or similar role in the financial services industry, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
Experience with SAP systems, particularly modules related to finance and operations is essential.
Strong understanding of financial products, services, and processes within the financial services industry, including banking, insurance, investment management, or fintech.
Proficiency in SAP ERP systems, particularly modules related to finance and controlling (FICO), treasury and risk management (TRM), or financial supply chain management (FSCM).
Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other versions of SAP ERP is preferred.

System Analyst

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in SAP-related disciplines are a plus.
At least 8+ years of experience as a System Analyst in the financial services industry, with a focus on SAP systems.
Proficiency in SAP ERP systems, particularly modules related to finance and controlling (FICO), treasury and risk management (TRM), or financial supply chain management (FSCM).
Strong understanding of SAP configuration, customization, and integration techniques. Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other versions of SAP ERP is preferred.
Ability to gather and analyse business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and design solutions that meet business needs.
Experience in extracting and manipulating financial data for analysis is desirable.

Business Analyst

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications are a plus.
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry, preferably in banking, investment management, or insurance.
Strong understanding of financial products and services, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and banking products.
Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects or similar business intelligence tools for reporting and data visualization.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven 10+ years’ experience in change management roles within the retail industry, with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading and implementing change initiatives.
Strong understanding of retail operations, market trends, and consumer behavior.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines.
Change management certification (e.g. Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.

IT Project Manager

Minimum Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is often required.
Previous experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the IT industry, is essential.
Experience managing complex IT projects from initiation to completion.
Familiarity with various project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or others.
Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.

Business Development Manager

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5-12 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven track record of success in software sales.
Strong understanding of software products and solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and develop innovative sales approaches.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Change Manager | Relocation

Minimum Requirements:

Relevant tertiary degree.
PROSCI certification would be advantageous.
Must have experience in similar Change Management relocation projects with a workforce of more than 1000 employees.
Experience in Managing the change management processes and overseeing the implementation.
End-to-end project management for facilities relocation.
Knowledge to develop and integrate a change plan.
