Industrial Psychologist

Minimum Requirements:
  • Relevant degree majoring in Psychology.
  • Strong human resources background and registered with relevant professional bodies, HPCSA registration would be advantageous.
  • Proven work experience as an Industrial Psychologist or similar role.
  • Experience in developing scenario based case study assessments.
  • 10+ years previous experience in providing Human Resources, organizational development, industrial psychology, and employee-relations investigation.
