Change Manager

As a Change Manager with retail experience, you will play a critical role in leading and facilitating the successful implementation of change initiatives within our retail operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute change management strategies that support our business objectives and drive sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the retail industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of managing complex change projects in fast-paced environments.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven 10+ years’ experience in change management roles within the retail industry, with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading and implementing change initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, market trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines.
