Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Change Management, or related field.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
- Proven experience in change management roles, preferably in a large-scale organizations.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
