Change Manager

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Change Management, or related field.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in change management roles, preferably in a large-scale organizations.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
