Minimum Requirements:
Relevant degree majoring in Psychology.
Strong human resources background and registered with relevant professional bodies, HPCSA registration would be advantageous.
Proven work experience as an Industrial Psychologist or similar role.
Experience in developing scenario based case study assessments.
10+ years previous experience in providing Human Resources, organizational development, industrial psychology, and employee-relations investigation.
Demonstrable experience in designing post assessment approaches.
